AI Policy
Curious if—and how—I use AI tools when writing marketing content? Here’s my policy.
I specialize in crafting content that’s original, accurate, and effective. To do that, I remain firmly in the role of primary writer. That said, I do use AI as a writer’s assistant or brainstorming buddy to speed things up or sharpen my thinking.
Some of the tools I may use include Grammarly, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and STORM. These help me:
- Check spelling, grammar, and flow—essential for clean, confident writing
- Research industries and topics, identify reputable sources, and spark content ideas
- Transcribe interviews, summarize lengthy material, and assess draft structure
- Suggest fresh examples, analogies, metaphors, or more engaging headings
- Act as a “test reader” to help me gauge persuasiveness or clarity from a buyer’s POV
- Make me a cappuccino (okay, not yet—but a writer can dream)

But what about privacy and control?
If you’re thinking, “I just care about the results, not the tools,” that’s fair. If you’re thinking, “I’m not comfortable with AI in my content creation process,” that’s fair too.
Either way, here’s what you can count on:
Why be this transparent?
Because you deserve to know how your content is created—and not every writer tells you.
By sharing this policy, I’m giving you full visibility and control. My aim is to work as a trusted partner who understands your challenges, respects your data, and delivers quality content that performs.
Bottom line: AI might help me write faster—but it’s my 20+ years of experience, industry knowledge, and human judgment that make your content persuasive, credible, and lead-generating.
That’s my guarantee.
